Launched to mark the 37th Americas Cup, the 46.75 mm Seamaster Regatta is an instrument watch for professionals, featuring both analogue and digital displays. Cased in grade 5 titanium, the Seamaster Regatta is fully equipped for life at sea.
Its many invaluable tools include a moonphase indicator, a chronograph, a sailing logbook, temperature gauge, accelerometer, 3 alarms, and of course a regatta race function.
The watchs dial has an LCD display with black markings on a white-grey background to show its multiple digital readings, as well as Diver 300M- inspired hour, minute, and central seconds hand, which can be cleared from the display when in backlit mode to increase the legibility of the digital readouts. Encircling the unique dial is a minute-track with integrated hour markers.
To navigate through the functions there are four pushers, one in red and three in blue, all cast in rubber for ease of use at sea. And a sandblasted crown with laser-engraved OMEGA logo, operated with push and turn actions.
Turning the watch over reveals a wave pattern caseback designed along the principles of Helmholtz resonance. It has a resonating cavity to help increase the volume of the alarms which also serve multiple functions. This raised back is embossed with the distinctive 37th Americas Cup logo and engraved with the words SEAMASTER REGATTA and 37th AMERICAS CUP. Also engraved is the name of the watchs brand-new multifunctional quartz movement: OMEGAs CALIBRE 5701.
To complement the dial, pushers, and blue polished ceramic bezel ring, OMEGAs ultimate instrument for professionals is presented on an integrated blue rubber strap fixed with OMEGAs patented Quick-Change system. The watch is presented in a commemorative blue box with red stitching,
